0When baby starts eating more exotic food
I think Baby Girl is trying to tell us something. I think she wants to go on holiday again. She’s all about Caribbean cuisine after doing Carnival week in the kitchen at Purple Dragon.
One-year old Baby Girl is usually not a great eater, but she seemed to love the Caribbean recipes we cooked at Purple Dragon, including Cuban rice and sweet potato crisps.
I’ve now had to go back and ask for the recipes, and I’ve been out to buy all spice, thyme, coconut milk and kidney beans for the Cuban rice, which will make a lovely dinner for Baby Girl.
On Sunday, Daddy T also helped out, peeling and chopping sweet potato, adding paprika and vegetable oil, and baking it in the oven for 20 minutes.
Next step will be to book some flights and escape to the sun. Go Baby Girl.
