When dad’s in charge

Thomas BeachI’m not sure how Daddy T thinks Baby Girl and I survive without him when he’s at work. When he’s looking after Baby Girl, even the most minor task becomes a two-person job.

I will find him standing in the hall holding her waiting for me to take over, so he can get ready to go out. Later he will be lifting her into the buggy, but asking me to help strap her in. When we were out on Sunday, he also needed help cutting a piece off his croissant for Baby Girl to have a taste.

I’m assuming he’s shocked when he comes home from work and notices Baby Girl is wearing a clean nappy, is fed and has been out and about while he’s been in the office. Well done, team Baby Girl/Mummy.
