Win GoldieBlox engineering activity set for girls

When I first read about GoldieBlox, I instantly felt this toy company stood out. I’m not surprised GoldieBlox toys have received recognition through awards, and as a parent, it’s really the type of company I want to support.

GoldieBlox aims to inspire the future generation of female engineers, and the toys are focused on getting girls building by, for example, combining storybooks and construction sets. Right now, Baby Girl is all about princess dresses and fairies, but she’s growing up quickly and I want to ensure she has toys that help boost her confidence and develop her problem-solving skills.

That’s why I was thrilled to receive a GoldieBlox and the Dunk Tank activity set to try, and I think this toy is fantastic for the target audience–girls aged 4-9. Goldie is a smart, stylish and fun character, and the box includes a storybook and tools to use to help Goldie build a dunk tank as young engineers read along.
