Winter magic at the Children’s Christmas Spectacular at Mandarin Oriental

When I first heard about the upcoming Children’s Christmas Spectacular at Mandarin Oriental, I got really excited. It sounded like the family event, organised by London’s bespoke party planning company Chaika Events, would be the perfect place to take the family for an amazing Christmas experience.

The luxury Christmas party is taking place on Sunday 7 December at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park from 11am to 1pm, and the programme is truly impressive. I spoke to Chaika Events yesterday, and I couldn’t stop smiling when I heard the list of amazing surprises they have in store for families coming to experience their magic winter land.

There will be an array of activities on offer during the first hour, including a Frozen meeting point–which I know Baby Girl would love–a dessert station, a “Winter bubbles” area, a photo corner with a giant snow globe with falling snow, an interactive digital station for bigger children with additional photo opportunities and more.

While all this is going on, parents can enjoy champagne and canapés, and get ready for the second part of the winter magic. During the second hour of the event, there will be a performance in the Ballroom, followed by a Father Christmas meet-and-greet, photo sessions and more. And if this wasn’t enough, there are also goody bags for the children to take home.

Sunday 7 December is clearly the day to be little!

There are still some tickets left for the Children’s Christmas Spectacular, but ticket sales are set to close very soon, so to avoid disappointment you need to secure your tickets quickly. Tickets are £150 for one child and one accompanying adult. Additional child tickets are £100 and additional adult tickets are £50.
